The Loft Hair Salon was established in 2018.  Priscilla Rowan, owner, hair stylist, native of West Chester, and former graduate of Pulse Beauty Academy.

Priscilla's love and passion to become a hair and make up artist started when she was a young girl.  Pursuing her passion was not only to  become a talented, hard working stylist, but to one day open her own salon.  Previous to the start of The Loft Hair Salon, Priscilla worked in the industry for 13 years, working within reputable local hair salons and maintaining client retention during her career.

 

The Loft Hair Salon is excited to create a relaxing environment and an overall great client experience while most importantly giving men and women confidence and beauty.
